TENANT QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Stable employment/income

Verifiable monthly income equal to at least the prospective tenant’s monthly rent plus 2 times the total monthly rent

Average FICO (credit score) of all applicants must be at least 650; no individual score may be less than 600

Immediately able to pay Security Deposit and One Month’s Rent *

No prior eviction

No violent criminal convictions

Not more than 2 persons per bedroom

No pets

* Please be advised that the Security Deposit and initial One Month’s Rent must be paid with cashier’s checks and/or money orders. Thereafter, personal checks will also be accepted, unless or until any such personal check is returned unpaid. Cash payments will not be accepted.
